Cheat menu:
Successfully complete Claire and Leons first and second scenarios. A saved slot is required for each of these. Turn on the PlayStation and hold L1 + L2 +R1 + R2 when you see the animation of Hunk stepping on the can. Keep the buttons held until the options menu is selected. At this point, you may activate cheats such as unlimited health and more.

Reserve power
Press Up, Down, Up(2), Down or Up(2), Down(2), Up. Alternatively, Up(2), Down, Up, Down.

Hunk scenario
Complete Claire or Leons second scenario saving less than twelve times with a end time of under two hours and thirty minutes. Hunk is a soldier that must reach the second floor of the police station from the sewer with just battles and no puzzles.

Unlimited weapons
Complete either characters first scenario without saving the game in under 2.5 hours with an A or B ranking for the special rocket launcher. Complete either characters second scenario without saving the game in under 2.5 hours with an A or B ranking for the special gatling gun. Complete either characters second scenario without saving the game in under 3 hours with a A or B ranking for the special machine gun. The special weapon will appear in the next game after the first chest is opened.

Unlimited ammunition
Note: This trick requires a Resident Evil 2 - Dual Shock Edition disc. Load the Dual Shock disc, go to Leons file, enable the "Unlimited ammunition" code for that game, then save the game. Then, begin playing the original Resident Evil 2 disc. Load that saved game. You will now have unlimited ammunition for all weapons.



Infinite Submachine Gun:
Complete either scenario while using zero Health Sprays.

Infinite Rocket Launcher:
Complete either scenario in less than two hours and 30 minutes.

Infinitie Gatling Gun:
Complete either scenario without saving.

Film "D":
To get film "D", go to the STARS room, second floor of the Police building, and check the desk on the left 50 times. It is a picture of Rebecca

Reserve Power Control:
To activate reserve power, enter the sequence UP, DOWN, UP, UP, DOWN or UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, UP.

Safe Combination:
The combination for the safe is 2236.

Alternate uniforms:
Complete either characters first and second scenarios in less than three hours. A zombie in a uniform will appear after both missions are completed to confirm correct code entry. Load the saved game and begin the first scenario by going to the police station without collecting any items. Quickly move past the zombie that appears in the alley near the police station. Collect the shotgun, then kill the zombie. Take the special key from the zombies body to open the lockers with alternate uniforms. Claire has a denim jacket, with a quick shooting revolver. Leon has two alternate uniforms (a leather jacket with skull emblem, or a tank top and baseball hat), one of which will allow him to shoot with one hand.

One-Hit Gator Kill:
When you fight the gator boss, he starts coming towards you and you see a yellow light on the left wall. If you inspect the light a cylinder will fall and the gator will eat it. While the cylinder is in its mouth, shoot it and the gator will explode!

Play as Hunk:
To play as Hunk, beat the A and B games of either character (Leon or Claire) with an A rating on both. Hunk is one of the SWAT members from Umbrella whos mission is to get to the roof-top from the sewers.

Shoot the screen:
While playing Leons scenario, take the unlimited ammunition shotgun and go to the roof where the helicopter crashed. Stand near the door leading inside, and make sure that a close-up view of Leon appears. Aim the shotgun at the screen and fire. Bullet holes will appear. Note: This may also be done at any location where Leon can aim at the screen with the shotgun.

Play as Tofu:
To play as Tofu, you beat 6 scenarios with an A ranking. Tofus mission is the same as Hunks -- get to the rooftop from the sewers. However, its much harder this time as Tofu is only armed with a knife and cannot use guns!
